About Victoria

Hello! My name is Victoria, and I’m a native English speaker with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a strong background in writing and communication. I studied International Relations in university and also completed coursework in creative writing, which helped strengthen my understanding of language, grammar, and clear expression.

I truly enjoy helping people learn and grow, and I love creating a relaxed and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable practicing English. Learning a new language can feel intimidating at times, so my goal is to make lessons supportive, friendly, and positive so students can build confidence as they improve.

I am patient, attentive, and committed to helping each student progress at their own pace. Whether you are just beginning to learn English or looking to feel more confident in everyday conversation, I would be happy to support you on your learning journey.

About the lesson

My approach as a tutor is centered on creating a relaxed, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable practicing English without fear of making mistakes. I believe confidence is one of the most important parts of learning a language, so my goal is to help students feel supported while gradually building their skills.

My lessons are especially designed for beginner and early intermediate English learners who want to improve their conversational ability and overall comfort speaking English. I focus on practical, everyday language that students can use in real life—such as introducing themselves, asking questions, talking about daily routines, and expressing their thoughts clearly.

A typical lesson usually begins with a short warm-up conversation to help students practice speaking right away. From there, we may work on vocabulary, pronunciation, or simple sentence structures, depending on the student’s needs. I often include guided conversation practice, role-playing everyday situations, and gentle corrections so students can learn naturally while speaking.

What sets me apart as a tutor is my patient and encouraging teaching style. I understand that learning a new language can feel intimidating, so I focus on creating a supportive space where students feel comfortable asking questions and trying new words. With my background in writing and language, I also enjoy helping students improve their clarity and expression while building strong foundational English skills.
