About Shayna
I’m from New York and currently live in Miami. I love traveling, meeting new people, learning about different cultures, trying new foods, going out, and enjoying life. I’m friendly, patient, and easy to talk to, and I want my students to feel comfortable and confident while learning English. I understand what it’s like to learn another language, so I know how important it is to have a supportive environment where you can ask questions, make mistakes, and improve at your own pace.
Soy de Nueva York y actualmente vivo en Miami. Me encanta viajar, conocer gente nueva, aprender sobre diferentes culturas, probar comidas nuevas, salir y disfrutar de la vida. Soy una persona amable, paciente y fácil de tratar, y quiero que mis estudiantes se sientan cómodos y seguros mientras aprenden inglés. Entiendo lo que significa aprender otro idioma, así que sé lo importante que es tener un ambiente de apoyo donde puedas hacer preguntas, cometer errores y mejorar a tu propio ritmo.

I believe speaking and practicing real conversations is one of the best ways to improve your English and become more fluent. During our lessons, I can help you learn new vocabulary, improve your grammar and pronunciation, and feel more confident speaking English.
I will create a personalized lesson plan based on your level, goals, and interests. If there is something specific you would like to focus on, such as conversation, travel, work, interviews, grammar, or pronunciation, we can focus on that.
My teaching style is relaxed, patient, and conversation-based. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes because that is part of learning!
My lessons are for all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced English speakers.
Creo que hablar y practicar conversaciones reales es una de las mejores maneras de mejorar tu inglés y ganar fluidez. Durante nuestras clases, puedo ayudarte a aprender vocabulario nuevo, mejorar tu gramática y pronunciación, y sentirte más seguro/a al hablar inglés.
Voy a crear un plan de clases personalizado según tu nivel, tus objetivos y tus intereses. Si hay algo específico en lo que te gustaría enfocarte, como conversación, viajes, trabajo, entrevistas, gramática o pronunciación, podemos enfocarnos en eso.
