About Simbi
The qualifications obtained on my degree include Hànyǔ Shuǐpíng Kǎoshì (HSK) Chinese proficiency Test Levels 1-4, as well as the Advanced Mandarin courses at SOAS university, London. These higher studies have helped me to maintain fluency of my Chinese, as teaching Mandarin is what I am most passionate about.

Hello! My name is Simbi and I am a native English speaker with 10+ years experience with Mandarin. I studied Mandarin at UCL university in London and have also lived and worked in China previously. I am experienced in teaching Mandarin for GCSE and A-Level, having completed both qualifications myself.
A bit more about me: I am 24 years old, working as a technology consultant in London and teaching Mandarin classes in my free time. I also love reading and long walks in the park (when it’s not raining!).
