About Ruqayah
Hi
Assalamualaikum
My name is Ruqayah. I'm an tutor who specialises in English, Arabic and Quran learning. I am capable of teaching other subjects as well based on my capabilities.
I'm an author and a native English speaker so I can help you to master the language and get you speaking and writing like a native English speaker. I've learnt a second language. So I understand the challenges of learning another language.
I've studied Quran from when I was a child. I will help you to master mukhrag and tajweed which will get you reading like a pro inshaAllah.
As for Arabic, I've studied the language for 4 years and still continuing my studies. We will study from books to help you master Arabic Grammar and comprehension inshaAllah.
Together we will work to reach your goals inshaAllah.

I teach English as a second language to beginners, intermediate and advanced learners. I also teach English as a first language to children.
My methods of tutoring:
- Reading exercises to improve pronunciation.
- Studying books with discussions to improve comprehension and conversational skills.
- Speaking prompts to improve conversational skills.
- Writing prompts to improve writing skills.
- Studying grammar to master English sentence structure.
My classes are 30mins to an hour long per class depending on my student's needs.
