About Tina
I am a native Chinese speaker born and raised in Beijing. I pursued my postgraduate master's degree in the UK, which gave me deep insight into how English-speaking learners think and learn a new language.
I have devoted over a decade to language teaching, working with students from North America and Europe. I truly love connecting with people from different cultures through Chinese language. For me, teaching is far more than just explaining vocabulary and grammar. I enjoy watching my students grow in confidence as they start to express their ideas, share stories and explore Chinese culture in their own words.
I create a relaxed, lively classroom atmosphere so you will feel safe to speak, make mistakes and progress steadily. I'm patient, flexible and always ready to adjust my teaching style to match your learning pace and personal goals. I look forward to helping you on your Chinese learning journey!
