I am a native Chinese speaker, originally from Shanghai, currently studying for my Master's in Brisbane. Previously, I worked as a coach and program manager in human resources for over five years and have my approach to teaching and communication skills. As a native speaker, I also hold a level 2 certificate in Mandarin. About the lesson

My lessons focus on improving speaking and listening skills through practical, real-life conversations. I incorporate role-playing, scenario-based discussions, and vocabulary-building exercises in daily communication. Each lesson also includes brief but essential grammar explanations to strengthen understanding and improve accuracy in language use. Typical Lesson Structure (60 Minutes) 5 minutes: Warm-up and review of previous lesson 15 minutes: Speaking practice (role-play, discussions, or topic-based conversations) 20 minutes: Listening practice (audio clips, dialogues, or real-life scenarios) 15 minutes: Grammar spotlight (simple, targeted explanations and exercises) 5 minutes: Recap, Q&A, and suggestions Who My Lessons Are For Levels: beginners to intermediate learners Ages: young learners/Adult Ideal for students aiming to improve conversational Chinese for travel, work, or personal enrichment.
