About John
I'm John and love teaching Chinese. I love culture, art and language and want to share the beauty of Chinese to my students and support them to improve their Chinese so that they can use Chinese to appreciate the beauty of Chinese culture. I also want my students to use Chinese to confidently and accurately communicate with others

from half an hour to up to 1.5 hour per lesson, depending on individual's needs. I teach basic, medium and advanced Chinese. All age groups are welcomed to join my teaching.
My teaching approach is Individual-based, which means to teach in a way that suits each individual's goal and needs. I support people to improve their Chinese listening, writing, speaking and reading skills with various ways, such as conversations, stories and watching videos.
