Native Chinese born and raised in Shanghai offering Mandarin tutoring in London (First Lesson Free)

I have been having Mandarin lessons with Chao twice a week for the past 9 months, and I am absolutely thrilled with the progress that I have made. For context - I studied a bit of Mandarin at school, but have forgotten a lot of it, and I really wanted to pick it up again. Since having lessons with Chao, I've far surpassed the initial Mandarin goals that I'd for myself. He is incredibly kind, patient, as well as friendly, which I personally found to be an important trait in a language tutor, as I know how intimidating it can sometimes feel trying to learn a new language. As a native speaker, Chao has been able to teach me what a Mandarin speaker would actually say as opposed to the sometimes antiquated language found in a textbook. I couldn't recommend Chao enough to other members of the Superprof community.
