About Anjasi
Hi, I'm Anjasi, a passionate chess player and mentor with extensive experience both on and off the board. I am a four-time consecutive State Chess Champion and have competed at the national level, developing a strong understanding of competitive chess, strategic thinking, and tournament preparation.
Beyond playing, I have actively contributed to the chess community. I was part of the Organizing Committee for the 2022 FIDE Chess Olympiad held in Chennai, India, one of the largest and most prestigious chess events in the world. I have also led and organized national-level chess initiatives, including Chess for Charity, bringing together players while promoting social impact through the game.
I enjoy helping students discover the intellectual and creative side of chess. My experience as both a competitor and organizer gives me a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed, whether a student is learning the basics, aiming to improve their rating, or preparing for competitive tournaments.
I strive to create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students build confidence, sharpen their analytical skills, and develop a lifelong appreciation for chess.

Hi, I'm Anjasi, a National-Level Chess Player passionate about helping people develop a strong understanding of chess in an engaging and structured way.
My lessons are tailored to each student's skill level, whether you're a complete beginner, an amateur player looking to improve your rating, or someone preparing for school and club tournaments. I focus on building strong fundamentals, including tactical awareness, strategic planning, opening principles, endgame techniques, calculation skills, and game analysis.
A typical lesson includes concept learning, puzzle-solving, practical gameplay, and review of games to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Rather than encouraging memorization, I teach students how to think critically, evaluate positions, and make confident decisions over the board.
What sets me apart is my experience as a national-level competitor combined with my ability to simplify complex ideas for amateur players. My goal is not only to help students win more games but also to develop analytical thinking, patience, and confidence through chess.
Lessons are suitable for children, school students, college students, and adult learners of all beginner and intermediate levels.
