I am 23 year old only, there is less age gap means more friendliness,I am playing Chess when i was 4 only, I won my first Championship at the age of 7, I have been student and i know how child thinks, I also captained my school chess team, I will shape my students into a very good player and help them to get selected into a school chess team.

I keep the things simple, I will tell my students what i want from them and try to achieve small targets, I do not believe in creating pressure, I want my students to perform.
I know what is their strength and weaknesses and teach them to capitalise that.
I have been a student and I know what they expect from me and the atmosphere of my class is chilled, so they can ask me anything.
