About Alyssa
I am a 23-year-old living in NYC in school to become a Physician Assistant. I grew up dancing, but in college struggled to find ways I enjoyed staying active. My fitness journey started with cycling & HIIT, but I also am a yogi! I really enjoy strength training and love bringing my friends to the gym to make it a little less intimidating. I look forward to tailoring workout programs toward how you prefer to move YOUR body.

Not only am I a certified personal trainer, I also have undergraduate and graduate level education in nutrition and the musculoskeletal system.
I want to work with you to make individualized treatment plans so you can meet your goals! I hope to specifically encourage people to feel more comfortable and confident going to the gym to weight lift and maneuver the equipment.
