About Cassidy
I have danced my entire life and took classes in anatomy and kinesiology. I started Pilates during the pandemic, which helped me learn more about fitness. I started teaching Lagree classes in New York City and then got my National Academy of Sports Medicine Certificate in Personal Training.

Kind, warm and motivating approach
I start with a physical assessment and we discuss your goals. I like to work with a circuit format and include progressive overload as you get stronger! We will incorporate elements of strength, flexibility and cardio!
