Perfect! I selected Vicky with the fact that he possess the type of muscular built that I want to have for myself. Being a Chinese origin myself with 12 years of Ashtanga yoga practice, I crave that muscle strength that is needed to complete my second series in intermediate ashtanga.
Vicky explained the important diet adjustment and discipline I needed to achieve my goals, and on the 1st free session, I was already looking forward to my workout journey- Zhao is very flexible because of her yoga practice but she need to build more muscles to support her practice. She is slightly under weight at 47kg for her heights at 165cm. She seems motivated and I hope she is discipline enough to follow the diet and workout plans.Vikram's response :
