Hi, My name is Olona. I have a diploma in plant science and a bachelor of science in agriculture. I also have a TEFL certification. I have a 2 years teaching experience. When teaching, my focus is always on the student. I want them to feel like they are an active participant in their learning rather than just a passive observer. To achieve this I spend less time talking and instead ask the student many questions. This encourages them to think critically about the material and share their ideas and insights.
