About Olivia
Hi! My name is Olivia, and I am an older sister and a Psychology and Neuroscience student at McMaster University. I have always been a very dedicated and focused student maintaining an 'A' average throughout my academic journey. Through this I have a very well-rounded education. I am also an older sister, so I have years of experience helping my siblings and neighbours with any academic struggles. This kind of tutoring experience has caused me to have a much more patient and understanding demeanor which will apply to any tutoring clients.

It can be super stressful to feel like you don't understand something or feel behind in an academic setting. I want to give you/your child one-on-one assistance! I encourage communication and asking lots of questions during lessons. This allows me to better grasp the student's understanding of the topic, and learning style/speed. Need help with essay writing? I can provide advice, templates and proof-reading. For assistance with grammar or reading, we can work through homework and extra books and worksheets together. I am very flexible to the student's learning style and needs.
