I come to the training sessions ready to go. I will have notepads and basketball equipment. I instill confidence by reassuring the good that you do, and correcting the bad. The most important thing is that I hold you accountable in the session.

What I do is I enhance your strengths and eliminate your weakness, but taking you out though a series of game like situations, and see where your fundamentals are at. Then take you through some fundamental drills. Next I come up with a program to help you meet your goals.
