My lessons are mostly hands-on lessons, in which I use items to ease the difficulty of learning abstract concepts, so that the student can have tangible evidence as to why certain formulas or equations work. I use the scaffolding technique in every lesson, meaning I first demonstrate what I am teaching, then I explore the concept with the student, and finally allow the child to work on their own. The grade levels I teach are Pre-K through 5th.
