About Maria
I enjoy learning and the best way I have figured out learning is through teaching! I want the students to know I care about them and their academic progress and will do so diligently. I am musical theatre trained so I also am able to teach theatre history, singing and song technique. I prioritise a healthy work life balance as it allows me to show up to work as my best self.

We would start off with a ‘Do now’ exercise to wake up the brain and get us on a steady start to the lesson! When it comes to reading, spelling, comprehension and phonics, it takes practice and repetition but I’ll keep it fresh so it does not become tedious!
