About Benjamin
Music has been one of the greatest joys of my life, and I love sharing that passion with students of all ages and experience levels. I have performed in more than 35 musical theater productions, including professional engagements, and have extensive experience in both classical and musical theater performance.
In 2024, I earned Third Place at the Classical Singer High School National Competition and was awarded a scholarship to study at the Schmidt Vocal Institute. I currently study at Harvard University, where I am pursuing a degree in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology and Classics while continuing my musical training. Before choosing Harvard, I was also accepted to several of the nation’s leading music schools, including the Eastman School of Music, Juilliard, the New England Conservatory, and Vanderbilt University’s Blair School of Music.
At Harvard, I perform with the Harvard Glee Club, Harvard College Opera, and the Harvard-Radcliffe Gilbert and Sullivan Players. Alongside performing, I have extensive experience teaching and mentoring young musicians, and I love helping students discover both the artistry and confidence that singing can bring.
Whether your child dreams of performing on stage, wants to prepare for auditions, or simply loves to sing, I would be honored to help them develop a healthy voice, lasting confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for music.

I believe music should be a source of joy, confidence, and self-expression. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where students feel safe to explore their voices, take creative risks, and grow as musicians.
Whether a student is singing for the very first time, preparing for a school musical, auditioning for a choir, or pursuing advanced classical repertoire, I tailor every lesson to their individual goals and learning style. Together, we’ll build healthy, sustainable vocal technique, strengthen musicianship and performance skills, and develop the confidence to sing with freedom and authenticity.
Above all, I hope every student leaves my studio with a lifelong love of music. Technical excellence is important, but so are creativity, self-esteem, and the joy that comes from making music.
