About Sebastián
I am a musician and guitarrist, I start to play the guitar with the popular technique, however, 3 years ago I started studying classical guitar and music theory. My teaching method adapts to the needs of the student, I have a base, this is made up of basic techniques of classical, popular and electric guitar, this is for the student have a complete perspective for develop their guitar skills.

I begin with an introductory class, where I try to know the musical interests of the student, as well as their goals, this allows me as a teacher, to know three things, the level of the student (musically speaking), the dominant technique to choose (classical, popular or electric) and the kind of works that will be better for the student.
Once I check all this things, I begin to teach different exercises for reading scores (with or without guitar) to develop a good sightreading, the parts of the guitar and how to take good care of this, exercises to develop mobility in the fingers, coordination and sightreading exercises. The speed for aboard the exercises and subjects will depend entirely on how the student develops, the purpose is than they dont feel pressured and enjoy the learning process. Generally in the third week of class I introduce a small piece or study to begin to develop musicality in the student, the reason for introducing this in the third session is because in this point the student is already beginning to know the musical language, now he should start to use it.
These first steps may depend on the level the student has, however,
I´ll aboard all the differents techniques in some point of the student's development.
