About Lydia
I am a dedicated piano tutor with 10 years of experience teaching, performing, and composing music. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Theory and Composition (Piano Emphasis), which strengthened my passion for harmony, structure, and musical creativity. Music is a lifelong journey that continues to evolve. I enjoy guiding students through that journey.
Improvisation and composition are central parts of my teaching. I help students create unique piano pieces and develop spontaneous musical ideas. Lessons focus on technique, musical understanding, and creative freedom. Students learn to think like musicians and composers.
I teach both beginners and advanced musicians. Beginners gain confidence through clear instruction and supportive practice. Advanced players explore improvisation and personal expression. I believe every student has a unique musical voice. Together we work to discover and develop it through the piano.

My piano teaching style combines traditional piano training with modern music tools. Students first develop solid technique and musical understanding. Then we explore digital technology that expands the piano’s possibilities. This approach helps students think creatively about music.
Students learn to use digital pianos, synthesizers, and simple DAWs. I also teach basic recording techniques so they can capture their performances. Lessons include experimenting with different piano sounds and musical layers. These skills help students build richer musical ideas.
I support learners who want to strengthen their performance abilities while exploring modern creativity. Talented younger players are encouraged to experiment with technology in a guided way. My lessons balance structure and imagination. Students develop confidence both on stage and in the studio. Each lesson encourages exploration and growth.
