About Alberto

Alberto is a multi awards winning Drum educator in United Kingdom. His unique methods of teaching music have been recognised from organisations and students from all over the country talk in their testimonials for a professional approach and patience teacher. He is also an author of a range of drum learning books including the world's biggest drum books series for technique, Groove Development For Drummers.
He has a lot of experience in teaching kids and adults to play drum instruments, and also preparing them for exams. (Trinity College London).He teaches various genres, including Rock, Pop, Ethnic, Funk and Jazz.

Alberto developed his technique by study the teaching methods of the greatests. Dante Agostini, Ted Reed and George Lawrence Stones are few of them.

He holds Masters in Teaching in Lifelong Learning, Postgraduate diploma in Education, Bachelor's in Music, LRSL in Teaching music and ATCL on Drum kit Performance.

Alberto is also a composer and arranger of the Drum set and percussion music. He also produces music for students to play along in a wide range of styles from Jazz to Rock.

Since 2013 he worked with many artists to compose original pieces for shows and movies.

In March 2015 he released his debut album 'T.I.M.E.' with his own perspectives. Album contains three original compositions which the two of them been performed by the 'imprint dancES company' in Thessaloniki music hall in May.

In 2017 he crearted Performing Creations Organisation which has aim to promote the arts, inspire and motivate young and adults to do what they are passionate about. Performing Creations is run by professional artists with many years of experience in both performing and teaching.

Alberto played the drums for the English Punk Rock band 'Sky Keepers' and together they had gigs in London.

He also played the drums for the POP/Rock band 'PM Project'.
In June 2016 he released with PM PROJECT an album called 'PM PROJECT UNPLUGGED'. The album is recorded live by eARmusic. In December 2016 they released their first single 'Tomorrow'.

In June 2021 to 2023 he played the drums for the African Marimba band 'Otto and the Mutapa Calling'. The band is recognised in UK fot the unique style of music their playing and the energy they have on stage.
