I am a Cell Biology Master's Graduate that sees teaching as a chance to share my knowledge with those who will take it further.
I am tutoring part-time while I complete some research for a University's Biology Laboratory and complete PhD applications.

I will have an initial meeting with the student to discuss 'problem-areas' and get to know where they are sitting in terms of knowledge and confidence. This will determine how future lessons are structured, whether we will work through questions they have around specific topics, or if I will provide questions for us to work through together. If the student is preparing for exams, we will ensure the class works towards good technique.
I have experience in the classroom setting by acting as an undergraduate teaching assistant during laboratory practicals.
The length of lessons will ideally last 40-60 minutes. However, this is flexible to fit schedules.
