About Rory

I am a passionate Physics educator with 10 years of teaching experience and a PhD in Physics. I love making complex ideas simple and engaging for every student. My teaching focuses on breaking down difficult topics into clear and understandable concepts. I use diagrams and storytelling to explain the building blocks of the universe. Concepts like quarks, leptons, bosons, and fundamental forces become easier to grasp this way.

I believe that learning Physics should feel exciting and meaningful. I help students see how these tiny particles shape everything around us. About the lesson

My teaching approach in Physics focuses on building strong conceptual understanding through deep theoretical analysis and clear step-by-step explanations. I guide students through structured thought experiments to help them visualise complex ideas. I teach core Physics along with advanced areas like modern physics, relativity, quantum mechanics, and nuclear physics. Students learn how principles connect across topics. This makes learning meaningful and not just memorisation.

I simplify difficult concepts from special and general relativity so they feel approachable. Quantum mechanics is taught with intuition and logic. I also include topics from medical physics and environmental physics to show real-world applications. Students learn how Physics is used in healthcare and sustainability. This builds curiosity and purpose.

I support students in reaching high academic goals by giving personal guidance and consistent practice. I help with exam preparation and assignments in a structured way. Each session is focused and goal-driven. I encourage questions and independent thinking. Together we build confidence to explore the frontiers of the universe.
