I am a Post graduate in chemistry from Pune University and I have had the opportunity to work on drug discovery projects for diseases like Alzheimer's and cancer. I am also an avid lover of learning new languages, so literature.

Individually, I prefer to explain the basics once then jump on to the higher concepts, encouraging the students to keep applying the basics on presented or daily life examples and guide them to discover the crux of the topic by themselves.
In groups, once again I start with the basics but prefer to have students' views and ideas on the topic before breaking it's ABCs, so that every individual can have the opportunity of exploring the topic in the team. And if an individual in the group still faces difficulty at any point, I jump back to my aforementioned individual approach
