About Brendan
I have a masters degree in biostatistics and a bachelors degree in actuarial science from the University of Calgary. I work at a research hospital doing clinical trials research and observational health studies full time. I am experienced with R, Python, SQL, STATA, etc.

My teaching methods focus on practice problems and repetition. Taking complex ideas/concepts and making them as simple as possible is how I learn and teach. I believe the key to learning math/stats is to learn how to think like a mathematician, rather than memorizing formulas or methods.
