About Kai
I am a biologist from the UK with diverse lab and field experience. I'm interested in the diversity of microbes (fungi, bacteria) in the environment, their roles in ecosystems and their potential applications in solutions for challenges like plastic waste, antibiotic resistance and sustainable agriculture. I've tutored quite a lot in the past, I'm a great communicator, and I really enjoy helping others increase their confidence and biology knowledge.

Rather than just memorising concepts, I help students to understand concepts and practise applying them, which helps maximise results in exams and supports future learning. I'll also help you to learn what to look for in questions and how to approach papers to get as many marks as possible in your exam. Learning will also be fun and increase your confidence!
