About Pearl

I am a full scholarship winner at Cambridge pursuing an MPhil in Applied Physics, at the Scott Polar Research Institute and British Antarctic Survey where I use my training in Atmospheric Physics and Computer Science to research climate change. Prior to this I was a National Science Fair winner for inventing a new solar cell, graduated top of my class in my BSc, carried out research for a physical oceanography lab, and taught robotics in Vancouver, Canada's biggest Science Museum.

I have been running tutoring lessons to help students build a winning personal portfolio for further studies at Cambridge, Oxford or American Ivys, teach industry professionals the necessary skills for Data Analysis and Data Science, and teach those interested in STEM Computer Science, Data Science, ML, and Climate Modeling and Sustainability.

I have been formally teaching university students Computer Science for over 6 years as the head teaching assistant at the University of British Columbia, and taught 8 to 14-year-olds robotics (VEX, LEGO Mindstorms, Raspberry Pi) at Science World, BC.

I enjoy teaching and love to tutor for a variety of subjects relating to Data Science, Research, Climate Science and Personal Academic Coaching.

About the lesson

I have been running tutoring lessons for the following:
- To help students build a winning personal portfolio for further studies at Cambridge, Oxford, or American Ivys
- Teach industry professionals the necessary skills for Data Analysis and Data Science
- Teach those interested in STEM Computer Science, Data Science, ML
- Teach a small crown of niche researchers more about Climate Modeling, Net-Zero and Decarbonization and Sustainability.

I have been the Head Teaching Assistant for university undergraduates for over 5 years, have won several national awards in STEM, run a non-profit and work with real-world climate data.

I enjoy teaching and love to tutor for a variety of subjects relating to Data Science, Research, Climate Science and Personal Academic Coaching.
