About Stephen
I have 8 years of experience as a violin tutor, teaching students from different backgrounds including school students, college learners, and working professionals. I am dedicated to helping students grow in their musical journey and develop a strong interest in music. My teaching philosophy is based on simplicity, patience, and structured learning.
I believe that every student can learn violin with the right guidance and regular practice. I start with strong basics such as posture, bowing technique, rhythm, and note reading, and then gradually guide students towards advanced lessons. I use simple explanations and practical exercises to make learning easy and effective.
I have successfully taught more than 150 students, many of whom have developed confidence and improved their skills. I maintain a friendly and supportive environment. My aim is to make violin learning enjoyable and meaningful.

I make violin learning simple by connecting it with real-life experiences. I use examples and practical demonstrations to explain concepts like timing, pitch, and expression.
I focus on strong basics, including posture, scales, and bowing techniques. I ensure students understand every detail clearly and practise regularly.
Communication is an important part of my teaching. I guide students patiently and give regular feedback to help them improve.
I maintain integrity by being committed and supportive. In addition to violin, I teach music theory, rhythm training, and basic performance skills.
