About Bethany
I have 3 years of experience teaching guitar and hold a Bachelor’s in Music Technology and a Master’s in Guitar Performance. My academic studies helped me understand both technical precision and modern music production. I have supported beginners and intermediate learners in building confidence and skill.
I believe guitar learning should feel motivating and structured. I adapt lessons to each student’s goals, whether they want to perform, compose, or play for enjoyment. I focus on patience and clear explanation to create steady progress. Seeing students play their favourite songs confidently is very rewarding.
Outside teaching, I continue composing and practising to improve my own abilities in Guitar. Music is a strong passion in my life, and I am committed to helping students develop both technical skill and creative expression through guitar learning.

My guitar lessons are structured to build technical skill while encouraging creativity. I begin by teaching proper hand positioning, chord shapes, and strumming techniques. Students learn rhythm patterns and basic scales step by step. I explain each concept in simple English so beginners feel comfortable and confident. Regular exercises strengthen finger coordination and timing.
As learners improve, we work on barre chords, fingerstyle techniques, and melodic improvisation. I introduce basic music theory to help students understand chord progressions and song structure. Lessons include playing complete songs that match the student’s interests. Practice plans are clear and manageable, encouraging consistent improvement. I provide supportive feedback to help students correct mistakes and build confidence.
My goal is to help students enjoy playing guitar while developing solid technique. We also focus on performance skills such as steady tempo and stage comfort. By combining structure and creativity, I guide learners towards becoming confident and independent guitar players.
