About Shriya
I have a passion for teaching and connecting with people, especially through language. I hold a TEFL certification and have experience in private tutoring as well as volunteering at my local library as a holiday teacher, where I realized how much I enjoy helping others learn in fun, creative ways. Outside of teaching, I love reading, writing, and discovering new music—I’m always looking for ways to bring those interests into the classroom to keep things engaging and relatable. I’m also a big fan of travel and different cultures, which is part of what inspired me to teach English in the first place. Teaching isn’t just a job for me—it’s something I genuinely enjoy, and I’m excited to share that enthusiasm with my students.
