I have teaching experience during university term-time. I have tutored Arabic and English as foreign languages in Egypt and UK. During university term-time, I tutor colleagues through university modules ranging from mathematics and physics to specialized engineering modules.

My first and ultimate aim in tutoring is to teach my student to be an independent learner. Through solid basics, I hope to get my learner to engage himself in the process of learning.
Secondly, Practice and assessment are vital in my strategy, not only for me to test the student's progress but also to teach the student to understand how his own learning process works.
Finally, I am more interested in usable information. If we're talking languages, I would engage the student in every day life experience in Arabic, like learning Quran, ordering food in Arabic restaurant, listening to a song or even read a news paper :D
