My approach are more to fun learning methods to ensure students can understand the concept and utilise them effeciently rather than blindly memorising. I also emphasis on two way learning as i beleive tutor always have to play a role of a student to understand students needs so that we can choose the best medium to clearly deliver and successfully complete thelessons.
