I am a graduate student pursuing my bachelor’s degree in media communications. I have experience tutoring ESL, English, Reading, creative writing, and I specialize in test preparation. I hold a TEFL Teaching certificate, and a certification in media strategy which is a certification in the media communications program in which I currently attend.

Why do we worry about tests? Well, because they are important! It is okay to worry, it means you care. Another reason? Fear of the unknown. You might not know what to expect. Fear not, I do know. And I will be the first to give you every detail! But only worry for a little while and let your fears fade. Once you come see me, we will begin immediately. First, I just want to get to know you! You will be my student, and therefore a very important person to me. I want you to be very comfortable with me. I want you to know that I will be here for you with all the care and support I have. Then we will look at the individual test you’re going to be taking. I will be familiar with it, I can assure you. We will discuss what areas you're having trouble with, if you're not quite sure, that’s okay. I will give you some activities that are designed to let us know in which area we should begin and focus on. Then we will discuss the different styles of teaching I can provide. And in what type of style you learn best. This is something that we will do together. I will adjust any part of our lessons as needed to make sure you're receiving the very best and most effective learning experience. And it will be done so in a safe and open and positive learning environment.
