About Sama
My name is Sama Pirkalkhoran and i am a Module lead at Biomedical Science department. I do lectures for level 4 students in terms of Molecules and cells and also Fundamentals of Biochemistry. In parallel with my teaching I am doing my PhD in Pharmaceutical Science.
I was graduated in the field of Microbial Biotechnology (MSc). I loved biology since I was a teenage girl in high school and I always was volunteer in biology classes and lab. This passion lead me to choose cell and molecular biology as my BSc major in university. In parallel with my education, I wanted to put my knowledge into practice and started to work in Biopharmaceutical companies as quality control expert. After 9 years of working as HPLC Expert and Bioassay expert I became interested in continuing my higher education in the field of Pharmaceutical Science at the University of West London.
