About Nicolas
I am a Molecular Biology student at Montclair State University. I have been doing research for over a year on Molecular Microbiology, and I am set to graduate in May 2021. Before this I went to Bergen Community College, where I got my Associate's Degree in Science; and to the National University of Colombia, where I completed 2.5 years of general Biology. Throughout the way I've had the opportunity to tutor many students, usually from my courses. I plan to go to graduate school for Molecular Biology, and improve my teaching skills with an assistantship

I approach each topic by reading about it thoroughly before teaching it to my students. Asking all sorts of questions about a topic, and then attempting to answer them, is the best way I prepare before a presentation, as I like to anticipate confusion and doubt.
I don't like to focus much in long texts, I prefer illustrations. Likewise, I strongly believe memory is double-edged, so I rather spend time in true understanding of processes than reciting read literature.
