About Marilyn
"I earned my MMus Piano Performance from Melbourne Conservatorium of Music. My 12 years of experience include guiding many students through rhythm and timing and pedaling technique. Hand independence and jazz improvisation remain central to my teaching.
Sight transposition and accompaniment skills round out the technical foundation I provide. Students also gain proficiency in music theory and scales and arpeggios. Ear training and chord voicing complete the list of skills."
