Walking into a rehearsal space, I instantly assess the acoustic potential of the room and the readiness of the singer. Having performed for 13 years, I understand that singing is both a physical and emotional discipline.
I assist grade exam candidates, kids, and returning learners by integrating warm-up exercises and vocal health and care into every session. My background as a Conservatoire-trained musician means I bring a high level of technical rigor to our work on tone and resonance. We cover everything from stage fear management to complex harmony singing to ensure you feel secure. I use my own experiences as a performer to guide you through the intricacies of belting technique.
It is vital to maintain sight-singing skills while navigating the challenges of musical performance. I find it truly rewarding to witness the growth of my students. We will have a great time exploring your voice.
