I am a fighter who is looking to give back to the fight community. It is important to help those who are newer learn ways to improve at a quick rate. I have been practicing martial arts for over three years. I have trained and fought Muay Thai in Thailand.

In a lesson we will go over strategies for upcoming competition, how to best prepare physically and mentally . Go over ways to prepare when you are unable to make it to group trainings. As well as go through film studies with you.
These lessons will be tailored to you after our first meeting where we will go over your specific goals.
