About Steven
Technical drafting and Revit are the bedrock of my architectural methodology. Have you ever wondered why some designs fail to translate from paper to reality? I have taught 66 students over 9 years to bridge that exact divide. My MIT MEng background provides the technical rigor missing from standard theory classes.
Architectural drawing and spatial planning are skills I refine daily. Design theory should always be grounded in structural reality.
SketchUp and rendering workflows represent the final polish of a project. I emphasize logical construction in every model. Architectural history informs my critique of modern building techniques. My goal is to make your work technically sound.

Conceptualizing space can feel impossible when the tools seem to fight back. I admit that mastering Revit often feels like a steep, endless mountain. I use my engineering degree to explain why spatial planning works better with specific drafting techniques.
Technical precision is the main focus of these sessions. We look at architectural history to understand the design theory behind your choices.
SketchUp models require clean geometry to succeed in rendering. I provide the technical framework necessary to build your confidence in your own work. You will emerge from these sessions with a clearer vision for your portfolio.
