About Linda
Hello there, I'm Linda.
I'm a journalist with a background in music, leadership roles such as class representative and mentor. I have assisted many students over the years in coursework at my university.
I write constantly so my grasp of English and grammar is tight. Moreover, I simply enjoy it. I want to teach because I am a firm believer that in order to truly master something, we must be able to teach it.
I enjoy speaking to people and learning about them and I look forward to helping you in your English journey!

My lessons are conversation and interaction heavy. In order for us to make progress we need to sit together and fully immerse ourselves in the work. That way, I can have a broader scope of whatever you struggle with and we correct it.
I myself am a physical learner so I try to use examples and methods that reflect that. My class is not a one woman show. We are working together, so in a typical class I'll use as many physical examples as possible or references you might understand.
My goal is not perfection, but getting as close as we can. Mistakes, repetition and misunderstanding are all normal parts of learning so I am patient in that regard. After all, no one is born running. We've all stumbled and tripped before. That's what my classes are.
