About Kiera
I am a Funeral Arranger and a Self Development, Spiritual and Mindfulness Coach. I have been practicing mindfulness and the power of positive thinking for about 6 years now and discovered this through hitting the lowest point in my life. Through emerging through something that I never thought I would be able to come out of, I have been lucky enough to teach and guide people in the same situation.

I use a variety of methods and materials. From explanation to practical exercises and discussions. I have helped many individuals discover their true path in life and how to deal with certain stresses and strains of everyday life. It is not a quick fix and does take time and practice, however the results if you are dedicated are life changing.
