About Amber
I quit my corporate job in 2016 and travelled around the world. I discovered mindfulness and found it very useful, and I have since incorporated the techniques into my everyday life. I would love to help others who are struggling to cope with daily stress, teach them the relevant techniques to improve their mental health and general wellbeing.

My teaching method is highly customized to each student's needs. Student will also have to commit to being able to practice (10-15 minutes a day, if not 5-10 minutes a day is sufficient). The goal is to incorporate mindfulness into your day to day life and make it a habit.
