About Ruby
Hi, I'm Ruby! Your mindfulness and empowerment coach. I'm here to support you in discovering just how powerful, capable, and full of potential you already are. My journey didn’t start with confidence - it started with questions. I’ve faced my own doubts, pressure to be “perfect,” and moments where I felt lost or unsure of who I really was and guess what I STILL DO! I'm only human. Over time, through mindfulness, mindset work, and self-reflection, I began to reconnect with myself - and that changed everything. Now, I help students do the same. I'm a coach and mentor. I focus on the present moment and the goals you want to move towards. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for more, I’ll help you break it down, take healthy steps forward, and find your confidence along the way. This space is about you - YOUR GROWTH, YOUR VOICE, AND YOUR PATH! I’ll walk beside you with honesty, guidance and real tools to help you reach your goals and lead yourself with self-trust and clarity.

Every session is a space just for you - These sessions aren’t counselling or therapy. We stay rooted in the present and ahead to the future you want to create. You bring whatever’s on your mind - a goal, a challenge or an idea - and we’ll work through it together. We’ll explore what’s holding you back, uncover the self-beliefs and build practical steps to move forward. My job is to support and guide you in a space where your voice matters and your growth is the priority.
