About Amber
I’m a middle and high school English teacher and current graduate student who enjoys helping students grow as readers and writers. I support students with reading comprehension, essay writing, grammar, and organization. Lessons with me are structured but supportive. I want to help students feel more confident and successful in class.

My approach is supportive, structured, and student-centered. As an English teacher and graduate student, I focus on building strong reading comprehension and writing skills while helping students gain confidence. I use modeling, guided practice, and clear feedback to help students understand how to improve.
Lessons begin with reviewing goals or assignments, topics that are actively covered in school, followed by skill-building and guided practice. Students then apply what they learn with support and receive targeted feedback and strategies they can use independently.
Middle and high school students who want support with reading, writing, essays, grammar, and overall confidence in English.
