25-year-old army veteran with a love of music and history. I'm married, we have an 8-year-old little girl and another on the way. For my day job I work in the private security sector. I've played guitar since my freshman year of high school and taken it with me wherever I've been. Can't sing to save my life though.

I like to start at the very basics, focusing of getting the sound that you're looking for out of your instrument. then we move on to simple, "one note at a time" songs. Then into basic chords, and basic, more popular songs. After that, we can move into more complex chords, picking styles, strum patterns, ect.
