I have been programming since I was 15 , I know half a dozen programming languages , and I still love to learn and to keep up with the fast pacing industry , also I have trained and mentored interns in my current institution.

From time to time I have to learn many of the Programming languages just to keep up with the new upcoming features and etc.
Learning anything needs devoted self learning skills which is only possible if the basics are in place
Whenever I am guiding someone I choose to be as helpful as I can to create and satisfy the intuition which is absolutely necessary to learn anything , It is absolutely necessary for me as to keep up with the pace of that intuition , Of course not everybody learns at the same speed , Some take time in basics and once the concepts are clear they glide through in the advance courses and of course vice versa.

Details
Money is not as important , I love teaching it's my hobby , But money drives motivation and so is learning new stuff and we all can use a lot of motivation , :D
