About Anjalika

I’m a Computer Science Engineer and Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in technology consulting. I’m ITIL certified, Atlassian certified, and trained in IT Business Analysis (Operations), with hands-on expertise across tools like Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), HubSpot, Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.

In my professional journey, I’ve worked with organizations across Retail, Education, Government, and IT Services, supporting teams across North America. My role has involved requirement gathering, solution design, implementation and technology adoption, meaning I don’t just know these tools, I’ve used them to solve real business problems and drive measurable outcomes.

About the lesson
