Vocal strain occurs when the foundation is weak. Breathing control is the secret. I spend time reviewing performance recordings together each month to pinpoint your exact progress. My background in Latin music shapes how I teach rhythm and phrasing for all singers. We will also cover vibrato control and microphone technique to ensure you sound polished. Singing often feels like an act of physical vulnerability rather than a display of technical prowess. I arrived in Australia from Mexico City 14 years ago with a BMus Popular Music and a Licenciatura. My 400 students range from teens to working professionals, and I enjoy watching their voices grow. We focus on head and chest voice, breathing control, and belting technique to build your range. I also integrate genre styling for pop, classical, and musical theatre. I want to help you reach your ultimate performance goal.
