About Tania
I started my career in pastry back in 2008 when I had little to no information and I had to learn through books and volunteer as an assistant in a small town bakery. As my curiosity grew, I started to investigate schools and courses which were quite extensive and quite frankly unachievable. I worked on a ship cruise and in hotels as well as for private clients. As I gained experience and confidence, I became a head pastry chef in a world hotel chain and when the right opportunity came, I went to study from the best chefs in the world at ENSP France. Later, I completed several courses in different countries and realised that teaching was my calling. I was a tutor in HRC culinary academy and a master chef master class presenter. I was also a tutor in several private schools for both adults and children. I’m proud of the fact that over 90% of my students were inspired by my work with them and have now become fluent pastry chefs in both the hospitality industry and influence the social media aspect.
